GARY LORD

 Gary Lord has created a spectrum of decorative paint finishes for clients around the country since the 1975 opening of his business, Gary Lord Wall Options and Associates in Cincinnati, Ohio. His work has appeared in many national magazines including Artistic Stenciler, Decorative Artist Workbook, and Traditional Builder, and he has appeared on the national Home & Garden Network (HGTV) television show Decorating With Style. He is the author of Great Paint Finishes for a Gorgeous Home and co‑author of Marvelous Murals You Can Paint. Gary teaches a full curriculum of classes at Prismatic Painting Studio in Cincinnati. He travels to teach a variety of workshops at other fine painting institutions and at the annual Stencil Artisans League Convention.

 

 
 
 
 

 DAVID SCHMIDT

 David Schmidt has been a decorative finishing expert for over sixteen years. As owner/operator of, Classic Complements in Dayton, Ohio he specialized in decorative wall treatments, marbling, and muraling. Dave recently joined Pam Tinchum in the operation of PJD Creations in Indianapolis where he continues to share his unique artistry through commissioned work. David has written articles for Decorative Artist's Workbook, The Artist's Magazine, and the Artistic Stenciler. Along with Gary Lord, he co‑wrote Marvelous Murals You Can Paint. David teaches at Prismatic Painting Studio in Cincinnati mid also travels to teach at other fine painting institutions and at the annual Stencil Artisans League Convention.

 

 



 

 JENNIFER PACE

 A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Jennifer Pace studied fine art and design at The Pratt Institute and the Maryland Institute of Art. While pursuing a BFA, she worked as a freelance illustrator. Jennifer has had a varied and interesting career giving her twenty‑six years of experience in the fields of art, interior design, and teaching. Her real life experience of owning and operating her own business creating fine faux finishes and Trompe L'oeil murals allows Jennifer to share her industry know‑how with her students. Her decorative murals grace the walls of beautiful homes throughout the country and her work has been featured in Florida Design Magazine.
